Welcome and thank you for reading my profile and considering me as your 1:1 consultant to assist and support you on your wellness journey.
I started on this program because I needed to lose weight due to feeling very uncomfortable physically and mentally.
The important thing I have realised over time, was that things can turn very quickly in life and it is therefore imperative that we make changes and start looking after our physical and mental health. I had to quickly learn that my mind and body had to work together.
I had to reassess my relationship with food and work out how I was going to fix this without constantly lapsing and reverting back to an unhealthy and unhappy situation. This is when I came across The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
With the help of my consultant, I lost 12 kilos over a year and felt like a new person. I am more positive, more outgoing and I now have a better understanding and relationship with food. The health improvements that came with this program was quickly apparent and my blood tests confirmed all this.
The Cambridge Weight Plan program was easy to stick to, I never felt hungry, and I never felt that I was missing out on anything. The meals are tasty and filling, they are nutrient dense but low calorie. This means you get all the nutrients that your body needs on a daily basis without the weight gain and without feeling unwell. The steps program ensures that you reach your goals with a new mindset and new learning that helps you move positively forward in life.
