I started my own journey again last year after starting to feel sluggish and not fitting into my clothes comfortably. Each week I watched the scales drop but most importantly for me I started fitting back into my clothes. I have lost over 10kg and have so much more energy, my confidence is returning and I just feeling amazing!
Our family love all things outdoors and when we can during public/school holidays we will be out on our camping adventures, exploring our beautiful state. I really love how simple and easy The 1:1 Diet is, even while away in remote areas.
I am still on my journey, however with what I have achieved so far has made me want to become an accredited 1:1 Diet Consultant to help others.
