My Story

Hi, I’m Louise.

Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and your first step into your mind/body transformation. I am here to guide you through this road map to your destination, there may be a few bumps in the road and odd turns here and there but hopefully, we can work together to get to where you want to be.

I have always battled with my weight when I was younger as a competitive swimmer up to now, where I have gone on various diets. In the early days, there wasn’t as much advise around as there is now and in recent years I have eaten organic, healthy foods to try to lose weight but not succeeded because I was having too many fats or calories without realising, I have gone low calorie too but not succeeded due to not having enough energy because of insufficient nutrients from the low calories for my body. I would be exercising between 3-8 times a week too.

I decided to start the Cambridge weight plan last year when I was due to go back to the UK for a holiday to see family and friends, I had been battling for the last few years with weight issues, my sister has been a consultant for the last 11 years in the UK and I had heard many success stories, including hers. But I just couldn’t get my head around it, just shakes! I have always been taught to eat healthy foods and exercise a lot. And I like to eat food! But I thought I’d give it a go I had 5 weeks till I went home and in that time I lost 6 kilos, I didn’t need to lose a lot but the Cambridge Weight Plan changed my shape in such a short space of time and my mindset on how the Cambridge Weight Plan worked and I could eat food! There is all the nutrition in all the meal replacements you need for the day which makes it easy because I don’t like to cook, and my work hours are varied it’s easy to stick too.

So, I decided to become a Consultant to help people work through those bumps in the road to achieve a healthy weight and feel good about themselves.

I have seen many success stories of male and females in how this has changed them their mind and body to live a more fulfilling life and a longer life, this can also help many medical issues such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis. Depending on your goals, I hope to help you through this 6-step program to live the life you want.
