Fifteen years ago, a major car accident changed everything. I broke my neck in three places and suffered a brain injury. The following three months in a Halo meant I rarely left home, and food became my solace. Battling PTSD, I realised it was time to reclaim my life.
I took charge by completing my Diploma in Positive Psychology. Now, I’m passionate about helping others transform their lives – both emotionally and physically.
