My Story

Hi, I am Shom.

As a dedicated weight loss coach and a living proof of the transformation that The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Plan offers – I have not only reshaped my body but I have completely transformed my lifestyle.

My journey began with a long struggle against weight where I often found comfort in food amidst the stress of daily life. Through several miscarriages in early life, hormonal imbalances such as insulin resistance and emotional turmoil, I had gained a lot of weight accompanied by poor digestion and low immunity. In my desperation to lose weight fast, I succumbed to several weight loss plans and yo-yo dieting which led to a cycle of losing the weight and gaining it all back again.

The turning point happened on a train ride from work. I experienced severe indigestion and bloating, which led to a distressing moment of vomiting and embarrassment. That was the moment I decided to turn my life around. Instead of looking for quick fixes, I focused on making sustainable lifestyle changes.

Fortunately, I came across a success story of someone who had achieved remarkable results with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. After thoroughly researching the Plan, I embarked on my weight loss journey with my Consultant. I began to build daily habits, set small, manageable goals like incorporating more vegetables into my meals and taking daily walks. Gradually, these habits became a natural part of my life. In a very little time, the scales began to reflect massive weight loss, but more importantly, I felt stronger, healthier, and more in control of my well-being. This wasn’t just about weight loss; it was about finding balance and creating a life where health was a priority.

This experience ignited a passion to guide others on their path to wellness. With a deep understanding of the emotional and physical challenges that accompany weight loss, I offer a compassionate and structured approach to help clients achieve and maintain their ideal weight. My success is not only measured in kilos lost but, in the confidence, and health regained by those I mentor.
