Preparation
Get ready by figuring out your why, when, and how to kick off your weight loss journey with your Consultant.
Weight Loss
We’ve got loads of products on offer so work together with your Consultant to figure out what suits you best!
Stabilisation
Once you hit your goal weight, your Consultant will help with portion control and smart food choices to ensure you lock in that new weight.
Maintenance
To keep the weight off, make some lifestyle tweaks with your Consultant, addressing previous food habits and prepping for tricky situations.
STEPS 1A and 1B
In Step 1 of the meal Plan, it’s all about diving into those Meal Replacement Products, roughly 200 calories each. If this low-calorie vibe is your thing, you’re in for results, faster weight loss, and the best bit? No dramas about cooking or prepping food!
STEP 2
Once you’ve hit the 12-week mark on the diet Plan, it’s time to level up to Step 2 for at least a week. What’s the deal with Step 2? It’s all about adding tasty veggies and protein for max weight loss, while still getting the convenience of meal replacement products throughout the day, just to keep it easy!
