Cooking has always been the passion of my life, yet food was also my enemy. Like a lot of people, I’ve endured years of unsuccessful and unfulfilling diets along with the ups and downs of body positivity and self-confidence. That was until my relationship with food underwent a positive transformation through The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan!
I noticed the results straight away & I was astonished at how easy it was! I looked and felt so much healthier – physically, but also mentally. My friends and family were shocked and were so eager to find out what had changed. So, I introduced them to The 1:1 Diet, and they’ve thanked me every day since.
I’m a busy working mum with a zest for enjoying life and helping others. There is nothing I love more than supporting and empowering those who have struggled like I did for far too long, we all deserve to live life to our full potential, and that starts now!
