Like so many of us, I love food. What I have learnt recently, is that I can continue to love food but in a much Healthier way.
In the last couple of years, with my clothes no longer fitting me and feeling very unhealthy and uncomfortable, I knew the time had come to do something about it. With a diabetic mother and a history of heart disease in my fathers family, it was time to lose the extra weight and get healthy.
Along with my husband, we joined the one2one diet and haven’t looked back.
With the encouragement of our amazing consultant we began the journey we had put off for so long.
The one2one diet was easy to follow and stick to. Having lost 20kg and feeling amazing, I decided to become a consultant and help others achieve their weight loss goals. I want to be there to encourage and support my clients on their journey to a healthier them.
